| Went in to have the suspension worked on because the ride on our Impala was getting very ruff. Steve recommended having the struts replace because they were definitely showing ware. The car runs much better now and he even said that the next time we buy tires it would ride even smoother. During this work they discovered that one of the tire sensors was reporting incorrectly. There was nothing they could do unless we wanted additional work. We decided to wait for the next tire replacement. |

I trust them with all my cars..I've told my family and they are going to start going to Steve's as well! Example...I took my sons car there thinking that it needed expensive struts and was expecting to fork out a lot of cash. After they looked it over they told me it was a $2.00 rubber bushing! They changed the starter and sent me a cash rebate from the part company! I highly recommend my new garage to everyone and anyone. I love these guys! Finely a garage that I want to go to. | Steves has good prices. They are nice people there that are honest. But sometimes it feels like iv been forgotten about until I call and ask how my vehical is coming along with the repair. Then they kinda jump into action . just had it there for a coolant flush . dropped off in the morning before they even opened called around 1:00pm and truck wasn't even touched yet had it done by 3-3:30. I feel like it should of been done around 10 am then I could of had my vehical back for the day. I'm not mad but this has happened a couple times . |

| Work was good, happy with the job done. Customer service needs improvement. Have been forgotten while on hold several times. Was not called to let know vehicle was ready to be picked up. Was not provided a quote (written or oral) of work to be done before it was done. |
